Stephanie is the project director for Team for Early Childhood Solutions (TECS), a project at the Center for Disability Resources, University of South Carolina-School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. TECS is contracted by SC BabyNet to provide training and technical assistance; develop and maintain the BabyNet credentialing process; manage the child and family outcomes processes; and manage the family satisfaction survey for the statewide early intervention system.
