Dr. Bernard Franklin

BERNARD FRANKLIN is the voice of experience. For over 30 years, BERNARD has worked in education, college and university setting, and in associations; to help people imagine or see their worth, potential and future, then inspire them to pick themselves up from where they are and get moving to accomplish their goals.

BERNARD holds a master‘s degree in counseling and Behavioral Studies from the University of South Alabama and a Ph.D.in Counseling and Higher Education Administration, with an outside emphasis in Family Studies Kansas State University. Most Recently BERNARD Spent Five Years as college president at metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley, and is currently President of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity.

AT the young age of 24 BERNARD made Kansas history by becoming the youngest person ever appointed to the Kansas State Board of Regents and the youngest chair of the Board at age 28, BERNARD is committed to helping people imagine their future, and as a result help them climb the ladder to that picture of success.
